Added Discord to Site Portal

Added the block as the title states, but I am in no way a Javascript dude. It looks like its working except for the join button (the reason I went java in the first place :ireful: ), so I removed the button till I know what I'm doing in Java, so I can fix it to make it work. :focus:

oooookay..... kinda, sorta, maybe have it working half ass... It takes you to the discord site first, then kinda opens the app... will keep messing with it.
