Anti spam module implemented

After testing in sandbox I've started anti-spam module for registration. This module cross checks user names and IP's for known spammers. This will not eliminate spammers but should help curb the amount we have trying to register. If any site members are having issues please contact me immediately since my sandbox site is not a live forum but a site run on a test server with all the functionality of a website. In simple english shit happens and I will try to fix.
