Dirty/Reapers

Hey, i was prestige 1 level 49 and now i'm back level 1 ?? how is this possible can i turn back to my main level or? I'm wondering how this could happen

For me in july, my rank and class was reset, i wait a Week and still reset. I sent a message on tweeter to pcdev_assist
and they restore my rank and class (was a corrupt file in the cloud, but restore the last good one file).

Has happened to me twice. It changed back later both times but it took weeks. Unfortunately I did have to do all of my pro perks over

Whatever you do, don't mess with your weapons, perks, etc. as you may lose them & have to earn them all over again. The longest I had to wait for them to show up was a day or so. I only have level 50, never prestiged, so I don't care as long as I have my pro's & weapons. Achievements? That's for kids...

This!! You change something and BOOM! Gone are your weapons and pro perks. Wait until things have changed back. If at all
